1994 la FIR iniziò con le obbligatorietà sulle giovanili e tutti ci siamo dati
da fare.</DIV>

di allora non tutti facevano squadre giovanili, oggi è una normalità.</DIV>

possiamo lamentarci allora se la qualità (tecnica o umana) non è delle migliori
nella classe arbitrale.</DIV>

serva un progetto che obblighi le società a farsi gli arbitri in casa a seconda
delle categorie della Prima Squadra, visto che è un parametro che di solito si
sposa con le risorse a disposizione, oppure la quantità di squadre che iscrivono
ai campionati, visto che ogni una di quelle squadre avrà bisogno di un arbitro
per giocare, ricordiamo che senza arbitro non si può giocare!</DIV>

FIR ha inserito nel progetto di base un premio anche per le società che fanno
nuovi arbitri, è un inizio, ma io sono più per l' obbligo. Se non ci fosse stato
quello per le giovanili non so dove saremmo stati oggi...</DIV>
