<P>Nel dispositivo si legge che le sei settimane sono state date perchè hanno
riconosciuto la non volontarietà del gesto (testualmente "reckless but
not deliberate") - in pratica ha avuto uno scatto nervoso autonomo, gli è
partita la gamba boingg senza che lo volesse, come ai bambini (accidempoli ho
perso la palla, che disdetta) - mahhh<BR><BR></P>
