Hey,  I pretty  much fell into my current gig after seeing  an ad at my college campus.   I went to some night classes, got my certifications, and work graveyard shifts for an ambulance company in Los Angeles.  I recently applied and  was offered  a position  as a CSO in a small police department near my apartment, because  police work looks like fun, and their pensions look pretty sweet.

But the hell  of it is, you don't have to  find your passion.   That's the wonder and horror of being an adult.  You don't have  to love your job, you just need to work  hard while  you're there.  This  is like a much more boring version of Star  Wars.
